President Koroma Appoints New Ambassadors: is Victor Promoted or Demoted?

The General public is hereby informed that it has pleases his Excellency the President Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma to announce the following ambassadorial positions:

1. Mr. Abubakar Multi-Kamara    –     Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary/
                                                          Permanent Representative to United Nations

2. Hon. Ibrahim Sorie                   –    Ambassador Extraordinary  Plenipotentiary/
                                                          Permanent to the Kingdom of Belgium and Head
                                                          of Mission  to the  European Union

3. Mr. Victor Foh                         –     Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary
                                                          to the People’s Republic of Chinas
